Omg theres so many reasons why I like your picture:
The story, which expresses your work - Kirk seems like hes on his mission in the forest in an unknown planet and Spock in the sky is like hes on the enterprise watching him and hoping if Kirk survives.I dont the reason why Spock dont attend on their mission, but I think its because his leg is badly injured and so his only option is to trust Jim.
Your style - the way of your colourfull shading is remarkable and theres so many violet on your work - it really reminds me somehow of the 80s,70s retro disco style.The light outlines, which fits perfectly to the darker colour of their body (or inner part of your work) and contrariwise is magnificent.
Their facial expressions - in Kirks eyes he seems professional, self-confident and calm.Spock seems also calm, but in his eyes theres a glimpse of his doubt and a bit angry, because of Jims stuborness.
