Okay, so I thought I would jump on the bandwagon and do one of those coloring pages everyone's been doing. Something I learned- I CANNOT PAINT. Seriously, it was like pulling teeth. The only reason I didn't say 'screw this' is because once I set a goal I try to follow though.
I like to draw, meaning I scan my lineart and color under it with a solid brush. I have a lot of respect for people who paint traditionally and in Photoshop.

It's quite lovely. I imagine realistic Belle in a bit different way, but I love the way it resembles a genuine french baroque painting. I imagine Belle's life to be more dipped in Rococo sweetness, but we could say that Beast was a bit dark and old-fashioned even during the Ball.

Also, your comment inspired me to write this, but it's probably more addressed to me and other people like me XD You really seem to be a master.
I have a lot of self esteem problems, even when it comes to drawing and painting and I rarely finish something and upload it, but I recently I concluded this - artists are like knights. The only difference is that we don't swing sword and shield, but pencils and brushes. Exactly like warriors practice fighting and REALLY struggle to fight for their goal, we should do so as well. So, I guess we should learn to love what we do, even though "it's like pulling teeth". XD

What really catches my eye, is the fall and swoop? of her gown, very pleasing to the eye.
